Standard check-in is 3PM and checkout is 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, for a fee, through Guest Services and during the online booking process.

Our modification and cancellation terms vary per rate plan booked. Please refer to the reservation policies while you are making your reservation. These can be found during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation.

Your credit card will be authorized at check-in for room + taxes + confirmed incidental charges plus an additional amount for each night of stay

Any unused funds will be released by the hotel immediately at check-out; depending on your individual bank’s processing speed, the funds will be back in your card anywhere between one to five business days -expect longer for international cards outside of Canada and North America.
